Not impressed at all. First of all, I called before I even showed up to tell them where specifically I bought my Honda (auto nation in San Tan....not impressed with their response either) and ask if they can honor my free oil changes. Not only did they say yes but they said I could get them at an Honda dealership. I called the because they were closer and if I could do it...why wouldn't I? So I get there (I brought all my paperwork just in case) they do my oil change and they gave me a bill. I assumed was just paperwork, and told the girl that I shouldn't be paying for it and why. So she called the guy who said he'd print something off. Long story short he couldn't wait tell me I was wrong and why. With attitude (bear in mind I didn't get an attitude until after I called Auto Nation to see if they could help me resolve it.) I received a worse attitude from them and they wanted to point the finger back at Right Honda. Bottom line both dealerships showed really poor customer service esp. with the attitude. I paid for it which I should NOT have....but I'll just take it as a $36. Lesson learned. It's not about the money, it's the principle of the matter. I find it fascinating that both facilities had bad customer service. I don't know if the guy at right Honda was a supervisor or not, but I know the guy at the auto nation was. That's a shame if that's how their leadership acts it's no wonder the other guy had an attitude too. Then to top it all off I was there about 45 mins longer than I was told it would take. Not impressed. I definitely will NOT go back to Right Honda. The only reason I will go back to auto nation it for service for my car. I won't ever buy a Honda again. Sad too since I always wanted one when I was younger. I'll stick with my BMWs in the future. They say you get what you pay for...Lesson learned. (I tried to give zero stars but you're forced to give at least one).
