  • Their offices and facilities are not in communication with each other. Phone number I called said my friend can drop off yard waste at Cape Horn facility who helped me with project. Friend gets to facility - now I must write a note with date, screen shot my ID, and copy of my republic services bill. Ok great. Done. Facility says no I must be physically present in same vehicle as waste. Facility doesn't even have phone numbers to call office for miscommunication. Get it together republic services
