  • We were looking for a cool spot to have a beer and watch the Kentucky Derby. I pulled up Yelp and and this place popped up so off we went. The location is within a commercial office complex but easy to find. Upon entering, the decor is very minimalistic and simple. Lots of variety in terms of beer on tap. We selected the Ante Up Amber and Heater which was Imperial Milk Stout with Serrano peppers. We found a place to sit down and take in the race. The Ante Up Amber was easy drinking while the Heater was boldly balanced, mild dark hops, with a subtle spicy finish. We enjoyed both brews. The main room features high top seating and a few tables and booths. In edition, there is a large screen TV, dart board and a gamer couch/ TV. In the back room or warehouse they feature a tabletop shuffleboard game and a large open area. On this day, they appeared to be having a party as many guests were gathered. No real frills here but who needs them when you have interesting and flavorful brews on tap!
