Are you looking for bas-relief, ormulu, greek columns, amazing appliques, great plaster work, stunning ornate chandeliers, decorated balcons and a whiff of what movie theatres and theatres used to be like? Then this is the place for you.
I just saw Riverdance there last night, and what a setting. The seats are relatively comfortable and there are very few bad seats.
The only sour note was that they were hawking popcorn and ice cream in the venue during intermission. I think the people at Mirvish should examine the marginal contribution of these paltry sales. Better yet add higher end items were the concessions are sold and achieve the same return.
Just great eye candy for all to enjoy!
