For a company that is dependent on customer service, this location sure knows how to make it's customers frustrated and unhappy.
The first thing you'll notice about this airport location is that its located in a cave of a parking garage. Then you walk into a old, dirty office with two people that could give a sh*t if you were there. After I was ignored for a bit and looked over for another customer who must have had an extra cool vibe or something, I was finally "helped".
When I wanted a different vehicle, the agent pretended that he didn't know if he had any other vehicles even though there was a pile of ten keys in front of him. Being tall, I was not going to fit in the smart car they wanted to put me in.
I couldn't wait to leave the airport and this location, swearing that Hertz will no longer be used at the Calgary airport. It's just not worth it.
