  • BED BUGS!!!!!Had a horrible experience here during my stay from August 30, 2016. My third night here I woke up to a bed bug on the pillow next to me and I went to complain. The lady at the front desk just said they've never had a problem with bed bugs before. She wasn't even apologetic. I had picture and video evidence, that she did not want to see.They had someone check it out and he said there was no sign of bed bugs, so I showed him the video and pictures. All they did was move my room. I was really worried about a bag of clothing I had open. I didn't want to travel back to Canada with bed bugs so I shared my concern and asked if they could wash and dry them to kill any bugs that may have gotten in there and they charged me for it afterward $60 freaking dollars... for something that is not my fault but theirs... I didn't need this service but their room exposed my belongings to bed bugs . The staff was rude as well.. very upset! My friends and I ended up switching hotels to the Radisson. We They staff were super friendly there.
