  • There was a 30 min wait, but that was expected. The ramen was delicious - definitely richer and tastier than any other tonkotsu broth I've had in toronto. It was also not too salty, as i find with many ramen dishes. My only complaint is the lack of tables for groups. They have really poor utilization of space - a huge bar-like table in the middle for individuals. Due to this my party of three had to sit beside each other and couldn't really have a conversation. I guess they want you to eat quickly and have a faster turnover? Not the best dining experience but go for the taste???
