  • I have a love/hate relationship with this store. I love the clothes, hate the employees. And, not just this location, it's pretty standard in all the stores. Every time I come to this location I have never purchased anything because of the employees. One time I came in super quick because I saw something in the window I wanted to try on. I had both my kids with me and it took forever to get the item into the dressing room and then the person couldn't stop bringing me clothes to try on after I told her I wouldn't have the patience with my kids to try on additional items. I ended up leaving empty handed. Most recently, I was in without children in tow, this NEVER happens, ever. I have so little time to myself, I haven't had a haircut in 6 months because I don't have time. I desperately needed some new jeans and have always purchased them from buckle. The last time I bought jeans, 4 years ago. Yes, 4 years. I was pregnant within the last 4 years and then had to lose the weight before I shelled out hundreds of dollars for jeans. But, my desperation is because most of my jeans this season have ripped and are threadbare after 4 years wearing them in the fall/winter. I tried on a few pair but the employee never came to check on me. I came out of the dressing room to find a different size in one pair, and no help. The employee just kept running back and forth between other customers and the cash register. I finally told her I was leaving. She said to call ahead next time and she would pick me out some jeans to try on. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Call ahead, maybe I'll have time in 6 months right after I get my haircut. This is the time I have now, to try on jeans. There is no future time that I have to try on jeans. Thanks for your help. I will have to find a new place for jeans. :(
