  • I did a couple drop-ins here while I was in the area for work. Derek (coach and owner) was amazing. He not only was welcoming but he took the time (more than one would expect) to help me with my squat cleans. He went as far as taking video and emailing it to me, which was incredibly helpful! If I'm ever back in the area I would surely drop-in again and recommend the same for anyone in Scottsdale.
