  • This location really surprised me. All DMVs have a rep of being ridiculously terrible and a pain in the ass, but the Henderson location was run smoothly and Nancy, the clerk that helped me, was such a delight. She was so understanding and gave me thorough answers every time I asked a question. Nancy is new and she made sure to tell me before we started the registration process, but when proceeded, she went through everything like a pro and with the sweetest manners. The only reason I'm giving this DMV a 4/5 is because the inconsistency with their website, the automated phone services and the actual location. I.E. the hours of operation and fax number were all different with the 3 platforms. Besides that, my experience was swell. ¯\_(?)_/¯
