We arrived at 7:10 for a 7:30 Saturday night reservation. They weren't busy but we were finally seated at 7:50pm after complaining to the hostess 3 times and finally to a manager. A gentleman in a suit who seemed to be overseeing the dining room.
Crowded tables. We were crammed in a row of two-tops. We had the pleasure of dining one foot away from 2 other couples. We wished we had the time to complain like 2 other couples who refused the table beside us. But we didn't have the time to waste due to issue #1 above and 9:30 Le Reve tickets.
We were asked to finish our drinks bought at the casino bar "outside" before even being allowed into the bar. At these prices, I wouldn't think that restaurant management should be so concerned about outside beverages.
Not the quality steak one would expect for $50. More gristle than every other $50 steak I've had in Vegas - and I've had many.
Misleading advertising. The menu board outside the restaurant advertises the "steak for two" as including 2 sides, but then they charged us $9 for the second side.
Not greeted by the waitress until almost 10 minutes after sitting down.
Bread arrived at table ~10 minutes later... Bread is served in a cute cast iron pan, to appear warm and enticing. But don't be fooled, it was stone cold and likely cooked off-site and transferred to cast-iron in the kitchen.
