  • This place is by far the worst I can't believe they still have business. I stayed at the W hotel nearby and did a mistake by bringing my laundry to them for wash & fold. I picked up my laundry and went back to my hotel room and realized a shirt I planned to wear was missing. I drove back to them and they denied missing it and left disappointed. They called me shortly after telling me they found it. I found that shirt along with other pieces of clothes I didn't realize I had missing! I left Scottsdale and went back to Cali and realized I have one of my sweatpants I bought online missing. I called them andW when they realized I am out of town, they didn't give a damn about it and said they "couldn't find anything in the system" but they call if they found anything. They just wanted to hang up. What was shocking to me was not only that they seemed they didn't care, a certain lady was talking very inappropriate in a flirting way, and at times aggressively. At some point while I'm obviously upset wanting to find my shirt, she want giggling and saying she would come back with my to my hotel room cuz she's "available all day".
