This business doesn't even qualify for a 1 star rating!!!!!! I do not understand how they have remained in business for many years. I intend to call Medicare today to voice a formal complaint and suggest they be prosecuted for Medicare fraud. They will not answer the phones (goes directly to voicemail), will not return calls, do not reply to emails, will not address complaints, provide faulty equipment (CPAP/BIPAP), even takes more than a week to return a call from my doctor's office (if they return the call), and in general should not be allowed to remain in business. WE NEED TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST BENNETT MEDICAL SERVICES!!!! My personal situation is regarding supplies related to Sleep Apnea. I have finally had to order supplies from an online CPAP provider and didn't have a choice other than to pay out-of-pocket despite the fact that I have Medicare as a primary provider and Anthem Blue Cross PPO as my secondary insurance. It doesn't help to have good health insurance coverage if your medical supplier (Bennett in this case) will not even attempt to communicate with you!! My health has suffered due to Bennett's total disregard of my circumstances. They obviously don't care if I die in my sleep as a result of my poorly controlled Sleep Apnea due to the faulty service and/or equipment they have provided.
