  • The repairman was very knowledgeable ! Attention to detail is not their strong suit., like forgetting to put the dishwasher back together. The appliances were fix quickly and work well. Communication about pricing and dates was not great but they are very nice. Biggest issue to watch out for!!! Make the the rate is not an estimate per appliance but a TRUE hourly rate. Without making sure they charged my an hour $95.00 for the first of three appliances at s minimum then what ever time was spent they would have charged me 95.00 to take afoot oven off and put it back and to replace a condenser for the ice maker for 75.00 ( a discounted rate) . Instead it took an hour for all three. I stood my ground and paid 95.00 labor 185.00 parts.
