  • My wife and I took her passat in to be repaired. First they wanted to charge us for a new air filter and oil change wiper blade ect.... Her car had brand new wiper blades, air filter and Oil in it. We should of known from that point to stay away. Instead we spent almost $3000 getting it "Fixed". When we first picked it up it we had to replace the battery. It also kept squeeling on and off whenwhen you use the AC. After being charged almost $2000 to "Fix" the AC and 3 trips back to them. They still have not fixed it. They have "replaced" the compressor each but it still makes the same noise it did when we first picked it up. I honestly don't think they have replaced it. Wes had been no help at all. He seems to never be there, not answer calls and never calls back. When my wife calls they don't give straight answers and promise to call back and no one calls. They don't even have our last name right even after countless times asking them to change it. Last Friday when the AC died AGAIN she called and was told Mr. Brilliante would call her and never did. She called again Monday and today still nothing no call. We are beyond upset with the terrible service. Planning to contact BBB since going through the dealership does not seem to work.
