I've been going here for over a year or almost 2. They always did a great job but I found that lately their work has been getting a bit soppier because they've gotta alot busier. Last straw for me was I got my toes and fingers shellac(almost $80) then one day later one of my nail chipped. I walked in after work to have it fix. I told the lady i did it the day before and right off the back she was asking if am sure it was 1 day ago and not 3 before. I was taken aback because she was basically accusing me of lying.I said yes and kept calm even tho at this point I felt insulted and upset. The lady that did my nail the day before starter with a neon yellow then decided it wasn't the right color for me so she then applied a orange color over it instead of removing the first color so it took then over an hour to find the right combination colors that worked. Idk why they didn't just redo all my nailed because after applying about 4 didn't combination of shellac then removing i was there at this point around 130mins and at the end of it all the color wasn't the same as the other nails but at this point I've had enough plus they were ready to close so i told them i would settle for the color being that it was similar but I wanted to be compensated somehow because I was now going on vacation with 9 okay nails and one fucked up. The guy that was working offered me a free redo the next time I came in but the lady was not having it. She tried to argue she fixed it but I was trying to tell her she fix it with a different color and I was not happy because i paid full price the day before. After going back and fort I basically forced then to give me a paper stating the agreement to come back after my vacation for a free do. The next day another nail chipped but i went and my trip and called the first thing when I came back to set up my appointment for my do over. I've never had to call twice to make an appointment for this place before but since I've called and left multiply messages and no one has yet to return my calls. I'm guessing they made a note to ignore my calls. You guys loss a regular customer.
