  • I always hate having to downgrade a review but sometimes a repeat visit to a business is just not as good as the first one. You see I went back to Arthur's a second time and while the food was just as good as my first visit the service was not. My friend and I waited over an hour to get a table only to see friends of the manager come in and get seated without any kind of wait. Um excuse me? How about seating some of the other customers that have been waiting a heck of a lot longer? That left a real sour taste in my mouth and it really turns me off from going back there.
