  • If I hadn't been in a rush, I would have gotten the name of the girl working today around 1pm- Scottsdale Fashion Square. She was more interested in chatting about herself to the other worker and then with her own friend at check out than actually working. After making a line of customers wait so she could finish her own private conversations, had the gall to make an eye rolling faces at customers who asked to check out. This is such a cute store (although overpriced), but will only survive with customer service to match. Sheesh. Really unpleasant, rude girl. Updated: Actually do see the name of this girl on my receipt. Starts with an N. I'm hoping the manager reads this (actually REALLY hoping Miss N isn't the manager!) and helps this girl understand the value of good manners and customer service. Ugly experience today.
