  • At one point in time, this was hands down the absolute best Michaels location. However, over the past two years I can sadly report that this is definitely not the case anymore. In fact, I visited this location yesterday and thought they were going out of business. They used to offer almost everything you could think of. They had this amazing seasonal section of beautiful gifts, a great floral section, etc... but now, now its so empty! They had Christmas wreathes but no ornaments to doctorate them with. They had soap making supplies but charged $3.00+ more compared to their Chapel Hill location. Almost all the shelves on one side of the store were empty or only had a few random baskets on the shelves. This is the 2nd time in a 6 month time period I have visited this store and have found a blank canvas...seriously seems like the store is closing. But I can say that compared to Chapel Hill, the staff here is always available and ready to help.
