  • Went in for a oil change today and was greeted by Mike the manager. Very nice guy. He gave me a discount and upgraded my oil filter at no charge. Once my car was on the rack he called me over to look at the oil plug was stripped and needed to be replaced. I guess the last place that changed my oil uses pliers on bolts. Well they got the plug out found the right plug that wasn't easy to find for my car because it took two part deliveries from the auto parts to get the right one and they only charged me for the part and no labor. Unbelievable in my book. These guys have a customer for life. If I was the owner I would give Mike a raise. Thanks Big O Tires for going above and beyond my expectations. I would give you 10 Stars!
