Cold biscuits are unacceptable. Serendipity 3 does not seem to think so.
I was there for my sister's bachelorette party in May and ordered a side biscuit to go along with my eggs. It came out cold, like fresh from the fridge.
When I pointed out that it was cold and asked for it to be toasted, the server said "We always serve our biscuits that way. But I can heat it up if you want."
I did request for it to be toasted, and then it was returned to me humid, clearly microwaved.
This is not how biscuits should be eaten. Do not get the biscuits here.
Outside of that element, the group was overall fine with the meal. I particularly enjoyed the crispy breakfast potatoes. Many enjoyed a massive sundae dripping with marshmallow cream and stuffed with fried Oreos. There was only one little slice of avocado on my omelet (something like the TriBeCa?), which had been advertised as being topped with avocado on the menu.
