I am a first time BMW car owner. I had chosen Chapman BMW in Chandler as my go to service dealership. However, due to an issue with the service manager, Garrett, I will not be suggesting or visiting any Chapman dealership in the future. Garrett portrayed such arrogance and poor customer service skills that I was astounded. Chapman lost a customer for life over two tires that I was willing to purchase from them. The concern I was communicating wasn't about getting anything fixed or compensated for an inadequate issue, it was a lack of follow up and a poor process they have in place to match pricing on tires. I ended up apologizing to Garrett for insulting him (customer apologizes???). Poor customer service exemplified by service manager, poor thought process on following up with customer, and unprofessional, arrogant behavior exhibited towards customer equals lost customer forever. All we want is to be treated with common courtesy and respect regardless of what our name is, ethnic background, or status is in life. We are all humans and need to treat each other with respect.
