  • I have had such a terrible experience with Liberty Ford Brunswick. Not one single encounter with them has been pleasant...I was told that my salesman was "gone" the day after I leased my vehicle and so they would have to find someone to help me with my questions...I'm still waiting on that call 3 years later. There was a recall on the vehicle and needed serviced - terrible customer service! I ended up taking my Edge to another Ford dealership and had amazing service. Now it's time for me to return my lease and now they want to be friendly. Sorry that ship has sailed! I am even having difficulty with them having someone available to return my lease. I am so happy I am almost done with them! Even happier that I went down the street to Brunswick Auto Mall - Jeep!
