When my bf and I first got there everything seemed ok. The night staff were really nice and seemed to care about my dad. I spent a few hours there getting my dad situated and I told everyone about his condition. He has Myasthenia Gravis and he cannot chew his food and he is very weak, so please puree his food. He has little to none upper body strength and his legs are extremely week. They seemed to understand that and I'm sure Good Sam sent over his discharge paper work...
Fast forward a few days later. My dad ends up at Good Sam due to some complications. He then tells us how badly he was treated. They gave him a sandwich to eat. The cnas made jokes about his condition. They would sit him up and tell him not to fall. They didn't have his MG medication so he had to go without for a few days. He said the food was extremely horrible, the worst he's ever had.
My sister has reached out to this place multiple times and they haven't returned any of her calls.
If you love your family, do not take them here. Looks were definitely deceiving. Worst rehab place that we've dealt with and we have had my dad in other facilities. I wish i could give this rehab a no star rating.
