  • Beware of their return or exchange policy. On sale clearance items cannot be return or exchange. I bought a backyard table set for half price. When I open the box at home, i found that the glass top was broken. I brought it back to Rona, but they said it cannot be exchanged or return because it is clearance item. This is unacceptable at all. What kind of policy is this. My investment was totally gone. Will never go back to shop again. Homedepot and Lowe's are much better in term of service and shopping policy and even price. If they keep setting up this stupid and unreasonable policy, they will end their business soon. They cannot compete with Homedepot and Lowe's at all.
