  • 0 starts should be more like it! I normally don't like leaving bad reviews but this visit to the ER was NOT pleasant. I went to the ER because I haven't been feeling well for a week. I was roomed quickly, the nurse was very nice (I wish I would have asked him for his name) but the Dr Norris Baldwin was very rude and uncaring. It seems like he hates his job. He walked in, asked the nurse for my symptoms, he asked me for my symptoms as well (but he seemed like he was tuning me out). After taking my temperature, he looked inside my mouth and ears, he then told me to go home and rest. I was given instruction to follow up with my family doctor if I didn't feel better in 5 days! I went to the ER because I wasn't feeling well! I had a lot of face and head pressure, a sore throat and horrible ear pain. I work in medicine for over 15 years, I was very disappointed with Dr. Baldwin's and his lack of carelessness. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes (Some of the staff even mention that it was such a quick visit)
