rev:text	I couldn't be more disappointed in a company I had really loved in the past. A few years ago I had them come out to clean my carpets and was very happy with the work they did. So when I moved into a new house a few weeks ago I couldn't wait to have them back. Really wish now that I hadn't. .... The new house I'm in now has carpets in the bedrooms and tile in the living room, dining room and kitchen. I had them clean both the carpets and the tile. The carpets they did a decent enough job on, though definitely not as good as the last time. The tile though was completely ruined!!! The tile in the house has a light/white grout between the tiles. When the technician left, I noticed a dark line in the grout going down the entire length of the room. It had not been there before, and I have pictures to prove it as we had just moved into the house and taken lots of pictures. It looked awful! I called zero rez to let them know, and they had the same guy come out and say it wasn't his fault. I called them back and they sent a different guy to also tell me there was nothing he could do. Really wish I hadn't spent $450 to have my floors look WORSE then before they got there....I have only written one bad review in my whole life, because I really do hate to do this to local businesses but I have never been this mad or disappointed. To spend hundreds of dollars and to have them not offer either a refund or to fix it but just say its not their fault...not a business I want to continue to support. Whatever you do, don't have them clean your tiles! Also, the original guy who came to do it, kept trying to upsell me everything and add on other features like the "grout protectant" which I actually elected to have and paid extra for....clearly it did not work out so great. Also the actual price ended up being way more than the original estimate....
