  • It had been a few years since we last dined at Fat Choy so we joined another couple for the all day Sunday brunch. We greeted by Jenny Chou, the owner, who seated us at a table for 4. Jenny's husband, Sheridan, recently won a Las Vegas wide competition for best wings and also has been nominated for the James Beard award for Best Chef - West. My wife and I decided to share orders of the chicken wings and a short rib grilled cheese sandwich. The latter turned out to better than I remember and the wings proved to worthy of the award. Being the thrifty sort, I used a Las Vegas Advisor 2 for 1 coupon.
