  • Our fourth trip to VTR was a total disaster from a service perspective. We were first seated in a lounge area with some couches. Five minutes later the server asked us to move to a table as another party had showed up. We were fine moving, but then we were informed the party never showed up and asked if we'd like to move back. We stayed put and placed our orders. The first round of drinks were very good. We also placed an order for Banana's Foster. After about twenty minutes we asked the girl we ordered from about the Fosters. She said it would be out soon. We decided to order a second round while we waited. After another twenty minutes we checked with our server and she had no idea we had ordered the Fosters. We ordered it from another server who clearly did not follow through. The drinks were still not ready after twenty five minutes so we asked for the check. No offer to comp a drink or the Fosters, just a half apology. Very disappointing evening at a high end cocktail establishment.
