  • This has got to be the slowest Starbucks ever! There were only about 4 people ahead of me when I got in line, but it took probably 20 minutes for me to get to the register to put in my order. There were two ladies working each taking orders and filling the orders placed at their register. I saw a guy employee, but have no idea what his job was as he just kept on coming and going to the back room of Starbucks. Drinks at this Starbucks were overpriced even for a Starbucks on the Strip. I went to several other locations on the strip to check out prices and all other locations were a dollar or more cheaper! Will no be coming back to this location just for that fact. I ordered two items. A Venti iced coffee and an iced peppermint mocha with whipped cream and 2 extra pumps of peppermint. The venti iced coffee was correct, however, my peppermint mocha was lacking the extra peppermint and the whipped cream on top. Come on people, when I'm paying more than $2 for a drink at this location I'd expect my drink to be made correctly. I would've said something but seeing how the line had at least 20 people in it, I just decided to leave. All the empty tables were dirty and had sticky stuff all over them. Floors also looked like they hadn't been swept in a while. The lady at the register that took my order was sweet and very pleasant to talk to. The only positive thing about my visit.
