  • Two years in a row I have had these guys run a diagnostic on my verging on elderly (in computer years) MacBook Air, and for two years in a row they have refrained from selling me something I don't need. "You're good for another two or three years," the guy said last week. An experience light years ahead of going to a Mac store. They've more than earned my business, and when it is time, I'm buying my next laptop from them.
