  • Most irritating place to go I brought my son to take his permit and you wait in line give your information then are told to wait till your number is called. We waited he finally was called showed all his papers and he took his test then they tell you to wait again it has been two hours since he took his test and that his wait time will be another 50 minutes. I checked in at the same time and already completed my drivers license renewal as well as my vehicle renewal. Why he has to wait after hundreds of people to complete his permit when we have already been here over 3 hours. It makes no sense at all! Went and talked to one guy who referred is to the information booth where they ended up canceling our place in line then referred us to window 21 to speak to a supervisor Josie who was the most unhelpful person I dealt with. She offered to put us at the end of the line, are you kidding me I just spent 4 hours here and left without my son getting his permit. Maybe if the employees actually worked more people would be satisfied but I watched one worker help two people the entire time but took two breaks. Must be nice not to have to actually work when I took the day off just to get this done. Horrible horrible customer service!
