  • I would give this place zero stars if I could One of my friends tried booking an appointment & the front desk lady referred her to Angela. My friend really needed a haircut that day, as she got a last minute notification from her client that she would be interviewing a prolific model the next day. Like any normal person would, she wanted to look great to make a KILLER impression. So my friend texts Angela. 3 hours later she responds with a wishy washy answer as to whether or not she could give my friend a hair cut. Knowing she doesn't have much time & having anxiety from her work day ending, my friend calls the salon. They had no available hair stylists even though she made it clear she needed a haircut on that day. She then later receives an incredibly rude text from ANGELA saying, "Fine, don't come here then, go find Suna ! We don't take new clients any ways." After she found out my friend called the salon to ask for someone more attentive to cut her hair & last minute canceling on her after she texted she would DEFINITELY be there. Umm.. Who does that ?!? Anyways, terrible place with rude & incompassionate people. This place went to shit after Suna left.. Don't waste a penny or your time here.
