  • This company sent Matt out to our home as they were contacted by our home warranty company. He informed me that our warranty company, AHS, made an error in sending them out as this warranty company didn't actually cover the issue we were having. Matt took it upon himself to contact the company to help me dispute the error on their part even though the warranty company didn't take responsibility. We hired Matt to take care of the problem as he explained how he would fix the issues in detail and what it would cost for parts and labor. I found Matt to be knowledgeable and on point about the work that needed to be accomplished. He also offered some suggestions as to options regarding replacing our remote control that operated our water fall and color lights since it was not longer working. Based on his suggestions, my husband and I decided to have him replace the remote control with the switches at the main equipment electrical board. He worked quickly and efficiently and we are very satisfied with the recommendations he made, the work he did and the amount that was charged to us. We feel that the amount charged was very fair and it was affordable to us since we were on a very tight budget. Thank you!! I also want to acknowledge Dina, the company's person who schedules the appointments. I found her to be very engaging and very nice to speak with. My husband and I would definitely hire them again if we have any future issues with our swimming pool. Thanks again!
