  • First I have to say that the atmosphere and decor here are so sweet! It's like a little cottage. I have only had pedicures here so I cannot comment on the hair or other services like waxing or facials. There are no fancy pedicure chairs with built in tubs that constantly need to be sanitized with jets that could hold mold or bacteria, and there is no weird odor like at some of the shops I've been to. They use metal tubs at the PP that they fill by hand which are much easier to clean and reuse without any residue from the last person. The chairs are like comfy chairs you would have in your living room at home. I had Cassandra for my first pedi on Mother's Day of this year and she was WONDERFUL! I told her she had a client for life, and she matter of factly told me that anyone there could provide the same level of service as she does, so if I ever need a service done and she is not available, to be assured someone else would be as awesome as she is. I went back to her again last weekend for a pre-bridal shower pedi and once again it was fabulous. The front desk staff and everyone who works there are friendly and personable, and the owner Megan is fantastic. I highly recommend a visit to the Pampered Pinkie!!!
