Giving them even 1 star is generous. Some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I was ready to buy a 2016 car and because of their business practices and horrible customer service, I ended up driving to Tucson to buy my car. Horne Kia told me 1 price then tried to add on $1497 in "additional charges". They are not to be trusted! I ended up having to talk with 4 different people, one of which was a sales manager who approved the cost but was not available to close the deal so one of the Internet sales managers was going to handle it after I voiced my opinion about how horrible of an experience I had, trying to get the deal done. Was pretty apathetic but said he would personally get it taken care of and when he showed me the breakdown on the price he had added in the $1497 which nearly matched to $1500 rebate I was getting. I WOULD NOT recommend this dealership to anyone, unless you are into being ripped off and disrespected.
