  • She did not ensure the proper testing for my father was done when he complained of neck pain for 3 months. Instead of scheduling him for scans she referred him to acupuncture and chiropractor and gave him pain meds. He had lost over 30 pounds in a few short months and could barely move his neck. He finally called 911 and was scanned and stage 4 lung cancer was found which had metastasized all over his cervical spine. He passed away 10 months later. Maybe he would have had more time if she would have listened to his complaints and sent him to get scans sooner.
