  • Wow! My husband and I had an amazing experience trading in our car today. We were greeted by Toni. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She answered every question we could think of and we never felt rushed or pressured. We felt welcomed, informed, and valued. We also got an AMAZING deal on our trade-in. It was much better than the experience at Findlay Toyota (we tried to do the same thing there a few days prior without luck). If you're looking for a car, I would highly suggest going to Carmax and asking for Toni. It is definitely worth checking out! I'm on cloud nine about our new car and whole experience!
