| - The day we came in was a Sunday, but it was an odd hour, somewhere around 2:30-3:00 pm. I came in with my Mom, my Husband and our Realtor. We had been out looking for houses in Ahwatukee all day for my mom as we are trying to get her to move here. I chose this place because I wanted to show my mom that Ahwatukee has cool local places to eat.
The four of us came in to about a 50% full restaurant an asked for a larger table or booth since we had a few computers, tablets, and folders of papers to sit down with and look through and discuss from our day of looking at houses. The hostess flat out told us no on the larger table and sat us at a regular booth without saying anything else and walked away. Okay then.
Our server arrived and I asked for the wifi password. She didn't know it and told me her guess. It was not correct, and she didn't ask someone else for help. The food was average, but any extras or substitutions that we ordered were charged to us but not delivered. (avocado added to a sandwich, barbeque sauce on the side, etc. Nothing crazy)
I saw a review down below that compared this restaurant to the likes of Applebees or Chilis. That's a little harsh. The food isn't bad here, and the atmosphere is also okay. That's exactly what Keegan's is, just okay. The service needs help badly.
