  • ASU Parents: advise your students to stay away from this place. It is a nightmare. My daughter just received a call from management stating that "someone" said they saw her throwing paper in her parking space. If they get another complaint, it's a $75 fine. This after charging her over $100 for a glass shower door that fell on her while she was in the shower and injured her. No, it wasn't because the door was loose. She had to have been pulling or pushing on it, they claim. If I have one more problem with this place, I'm going to the Department of Housing and filing a complaint, right before I start legal action. STAY AWAY!!! They don't deserve any stars.
