  • Room was listed and marked nonsmoking but the whole hall (and the room) smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. No Smoking signs looked new, or in some cases "No smoking" was written in sharpie on the doors. We booked through Hotels.com and the front desk staff was not especially friendly about finding the booking for us. Rudely told us to call and then left for the back room. Other customers in the lobby were having the same issue. Other than the smoke smell the room was clean enough and the rate was decent. The rooms could use an upgrade but that doesn't normally bother us. But because of the smell we won't stay here again, and may have even left if we hadn't got in so late.
