  • I owe a big thank you to Kurt of Superior Plumbing & Drain. I called Old Republic (my home warranty company) and told them I needed a different plumber as soon as possible, because the previous one had been stringing me along, and after being a no-show for a scheduled appointment, I'd had enough. That was on a Sunday, so I really was shocked when I got a call just an hour later. It was Kurt with Superior Plumbing. I gave him all the information I had gleaned from the gas company and prior plumbing contractor. But it seems all I really needed to tell him was that I had been without hot water for 2 weeks. He promised to be at my house first thing the next day. Monday morning at 8:30 Kurt arrived on time, in uniform. He's very professional and knowledgable. After a brief conversation he went straight to work and within a little more than 30 minutes he had my water heater working! He then took the time to give me some important information about it and another situation he noticed with my plumbing. Next time I'll save myself the hassle and request Superior Plumbing from the start.
