  • My lease has expired!!! I'm moving away ! Everyone smiles and acts polite but actions leave a lot to be desired. Worst customer service ever! The person that gave me a tour and signed my contract told me "yes" to everything only to find once in here everything he told me was against their policy. Everything that young man stated was wrong. Ûup They consistently accept and sign for packages. Very frustrating! I have had 6 conversations with the the office staff requesting them not to accept packages because I am home and somehow they cannot get it right.
