  • I will never visit this location again. I love Zipps - go to them all across the valley. Unfortunately today's experience wasn't the first time we have had issues. This Friday lunch with the team turned into a nightmare. After sitting for 15 minutes we were finally able to put in our drink & food order. Flash forward another 75 minutes, food comes out for only half of the party and then the remaining food had to be asked twice where it was. Once it did come out, my order was no where near correct. Frustrated with the situation I sent it back and refused the food. Thanks for the gift certificates to make up for your horrible service but They won't be used at this location that's for sure! Save yourself a head ache, find another place to eat or drive to a different location.
