Maple used to be my go to! Always reliable, always kind and accommodating, michelle knew me when I came in. A new woman runs the front now who is incredibly unfriendly, put out, and indifferent. She could care less if you're a return customer or if you're a customer at all. She doesn't count your clothing in front of you, she lost pieces and accused me of never having put them in my drycleaning bag! I used to go in weekly if not multiple times a week. When I called to tell her I was missing clothes, she blatantly denied it and said she only counted 5. She may have counted 5 but what if she misplaced some? Or dropped some? She said she would follow up with me, she never did. My husband went In To see if my clothes had been found, she looked up my phone number and immediately told him no. If clothes are lost and not in a bag associated with my name and phone number, how the hell can she tell by looking at my account that they had been found?? She wouldn't even look to see if there were unclaimed pieces of clothing. She has single handedly ruined this establishment's sterling reputation and it is so unfortunate. I've never met a customer service rep who was so clearly in the wrong business of helping people. Terrible.
