  • I give this company an F-. I am a 68 year old senior women. I bought a new unit from them June of last year and they moved it. Instead of three days it took 3 weeks. I turn the air on May 13th and it didn't work. They gave me a 10 year parts and labor Warrenty and refused to come out. Then when the contractors board (another bad group to deal with)made him come out he ran the unit for 45 min until he finally blew the compress (on purpose). I've been out of my home since May 13th and it's now June 14th and no help in sight.
