Not my first choice of Starbucks locations that I visit since I'm NEVER on the Eastside.... but on this particular day that I visited, I had a meeting on this side of town. Mobile ordering has seriously became my best friend although it has it's pros and cons. While on this visit the cons showed more than the pros in the matter of them disclosing an estimated time for when the order would be ready and upon arriving it wasn't ready. Only one car in the drive thru and one person at the counter ordering. I was confused as to why and how my drink wasn't ready yet even after waiting the 4-7 minutes that they quoted on the app...
I inquired with the cashier as I was in a rush and didn't have time for them to push my time even more late lol so come to find out my order was given to the drive thru customer by accident? They made it over pretty quick but like seriously? First time that's ever happened to me and I mean I have had people take my mobile order before to before arriving so I've seen it all with Starbucks...
