  • i would give this place NO stars if i could. WORST customer service i have experienced in a long af time. found a BONE in my chicken sandwich, and when taken up to the manager, i told her the problem and her response was: "well i'm sure there's not anymore in there". YOURE KIDDING ME RIGHT?! then proceeded to pluck the chicken bone out of my hand before returning to help the next customer without washing her HANDS. bye forever smash burger. you and your employees SUCK.
