  • I had an apt at 7:30 and showed up at 7:42 since there was an accident and the physician wanted to reschedule my apt. because it was past the 10min mark. (By 2min) I tried to call the office to let them know I was running late but they don't even answer the phones until 8am. Drove 40min just to be told I need to reschedule. I worked in the medical field for 16yrs and I understand what happens when a patient is late it messes with the schedule but when there's no way I can communicate with the office and get told I have to reschedule because of 2min I will just find another physician to give my business to.
