Store has good selection and location, when we entered the store we were greeted by an employee, while we shopped nobody engaged us and once we made our choice I was left standing at the till for minutes with no service all the while josh the assistant manger continued to stock walls all the while he knew I was at the till. Once he finally decided to help us he asked if we wanted a discount card which we responded yes and have him all our info and then he informed us that the card cost $5! For a discount which he never did give us. All in all there are other stores in the mall shop at those as the customer service in lids is almost non existent.
